Product Defects
In the event of major product defects, you are entitled to a full refund including any shipping fees. To request a refund, please email us at: info@bbqmate.com and provide details of the defects (including any photographic evidence, if applicable).
Change of Mind
Please note: we will not process a refund for change of mind.
SHIPPING
Domestic
We offer Standard Shipping via Australia Post.
$5 flat rate for all Melbourne Metro orders, between 2-3 business days.
$15 for regional areas, between 3-5 business days.
$20 for interstate addresses, between 5-7 business days.
International
