If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products.

We offer Standard Shipping via Australia Post.

$5 flat rate for all Melbourne Metro orders, between 2-3 business days.

$15 for regional areas, between 3-5 business days.

$20 for interstate addresses, between 5-7 business days.
